Govt criticised for power, gas load-shedding

KARACHI:

Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) Sindh Secretary General Sardar Abdul Rahim has expressed serious concern over worsening electricity and gas load shedding, as well as on the inflated utility bills being sent to the consumers in Karachi and other parts of Sindh during the ongoing heatwave.

He said the public is already struggling under severe inflation, while additional financial pressure is exerted through heavy electricity and gas bills showing a number of 'unjust taxes'. He said, ordinary citizens are unable to understand how they can pay such inflated bills amid the current economic crisis.
