‘The Boys’ finale release date, streaming time and 4DX theater event revealed
'The Boys' will end with a special 65-minute finale streaming May 20, alongside limited early 4DX cinema screenings

The final episode of The Boys is set to premiere on Wednesday, May 20, officially ending the series after five seasons.
Episode 8, titled “Blood and Bone,” will begin streaming exclusively on Prime Video at:
- 12:00 a.m. PT
- 3:00 a.m. ET
- 8:00 a.m. BST
The supersized finale is expected to run approximately 65 minutes.
Before its streaming debut, Prime Video is also giving the finale a special one-night-only 4DX theatrical release on May 19 in select cinemas. Fans attending the screenings will be able to watch the episode early with immersive motion seats and environmental theater effects tied to the action on screen.
The finale arrives after episode 7’s major death and is expected to conclude the long-running battle between Homelander, Butcher, and the Boys.
