Defence minister announces rehabilitation of DIK airport after 'years of neglect'

Says PAA, MoD continuing their efforts to restore and rehabilitate dysfunctional airports around the country

Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Wednesday said that the Pakistan Airport Authority (PAA) had successfully completed the rehabilitation of Dera Ismail Khan (DIK) Airport, which has now been restored to full functionality after years of neglect.

In a post on X, Asif stated that "PAA and the Ministry of Defence are continuing their efforts to restore and rehabilitate dysfunctional airports around the country."
