Pregnant Aubrey Plaza asks Seth Meyers to deliver her baby: 'It’s either you or Henry Winkler'
Winkler delivered a baby on 'Parks and Recreation' making him, in Plaza’s words, a qualified backup option

Aubrey Plaza is keeping her signature humor intact during pregnancy — even when it comes to childbirth.
During a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, the actress jokingly asked host Seth Meyers to help deliver her baby, playfully putting him on the spot.
“May need you to pull it out,” Plaza said, prompting a surprised reaction from Meyers. When he hesitated, she doubled down with a joke: “That’s why I came here tonight… it’s either you or Henry Winkler.”
The reference to Winkler was a nod to her former Parks and Recreation co-star, who famously delivered a baby on the show, making him, in Plaza’s words, a qualified backup option.
Meyers quickly deflected the request, joking that he would rather defer to Winkler for the task.
The lighthearted exchange comes as Plaza, 41, is expecting her first child with partner Christopher Abbott. The pregnancy was recently confirmed and has been described as a “beautiful surprise” following a challenging year.
Plaza has been open about embracing motherhood with her usual wit, previously joking about scheduling prenatal appointments on the same day as her dog and navigating the experience in her own offbeat way.
While Meyers is unlikely to be stepping into the delivery room anytime soon, the moment highlights Plaza’s comedic approach to pregnancy, turning even the idea of childbirth into a punchline.
