The same report flags enduring vulnerabilities. Exposure to global energy price shocks remains a critical risk, particularly if rising import costs begin to erode foreign exchange reserves. What this rating ultimately offers is breathing space. It steadies investor sentiment and allows policymakers to pursue reforms without the constant shadow of crisis. However, ratings are reflections, not guarantees. Sustained improvement will depend on consistency.
