"I love the freedom of running a food truck as it enables me to connect directly with customers. It is a great deal of hard work, but seeing the smile on a customer's face when they taste our food makes it worthwhile," he added.
He further highlighted that the flexibility of food trucks enables them to operate across different venues, cater to a variety of events and festivals, and build a wider, loyal customer base.
