Streamer Neo claims he has ‘receipts’ amid controversy tied to D4vd investigation
Leaked posts show Neo insisting he has proof and denying involvement as speculation around the case intensifies

A new development has emerged in the investigation surrounding the death of Celeste Rivas after streamer Neo reportedly shared leaked social media posts claiming he holds evidence related to the case.
Neo, a 23-year-old streamer and former associate of singer D4vd, appeared to distance himself from the artist through posts that were reportedly shared through Instagram’s “Close Friends” feature before circulating online.
In the posts, Neo insisted he is not facing legal consequences connected to his earlier arrest and claimed he possesses proof that could clarify his role in the situation.
“Thankfully I’m legally fine in every way, and I’ve got all my receipts,” he wrote, suggesting he has documentation related to the events being investigated.

Neo had previously been detained after failing to appear before a grand jury, though he later said the matter was resolved and that authorities did not formally pursue charges tied to that arrest.
The controversy stems from the investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas, whose remains were discovered in the trunk of a Tesla linked to the singer. Authorities have also reportedly examined a late-night trip made from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara in 2025 as part of the probe.
Online speculation has connected Neo to that trip, placing him under intense scrutiny on social media. Shortly after the victim was found, the streamer removed photos and references to the singer from his accounts, further fueling speculation.
Neo’s legal team has strongly denied any involvement in the crime. His lawyer stated that the streamer “played no part in this heinous crime” and argued that he has been unfairly targeted in public discussions surrounding the case.
Authorities have not announced formal charges against d4vd in connection with the investigation. However, the circulating posts and growing speculation online have continued to keep the case in the spotlight as the inquiry unfolds.
