Is P!nk taking over ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’? Here’s what we know
P!nk is guest-hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show for a week, while Kelly Clarkson returns March 9

Fans were surprised to learn that P!nk would be stepping in as a guest host on The Kelly Clarkson Show for the week of March 2, 2026.
The announcement came shortly after news broke that the daytime series will conclude after seven seasons, sparking speculation that the Grammy winner could be eyeing a permanent takeover.
Despite the buzz, P!nk’s appearance is only temporary. Kelly Clarkson is expected to return to the show the week of March 9 and will continue hosting until the series wraps in fall 2026.
According to NBC Insider, P!nk’s guest-hosting stint is part of the show’s Women’s History Month programming, celebrating women who inspire change and break barriers. Still, that hasn’t stopped fans from campaigning for more. Social media lit up with viewers praising P!nk’s charisma and even urging her to “drop in every week.”
Clarkson herself had nothing but kind words about the temporary switch. In a statement, she shared that she’s been a longtime fan of P!nk and expressed excitement about her taking the reins, joking that the only downside is not being there to watch.
While a source told Entertainment Tonight that P!nk would love to explore hosting further and has been pitching ideas, there has been no official confirmation that she will permanently replace Clarkson.
