King Salman Gate: A destination for all seasons
Announced in October 2025, King Salman Gate will enhance the arrival and stay experience for the approximately 170,000 Pakistani pilgrims who visit Makkah each year. Spanning nearly 12 million square metres of built-up area, the destination brings worship, mobility, hospitality and everyday convenience together in one connected environment.
The development offers direct views of AlMasjid AlHaram and expansive prayer areas designed to accommodate more than 900,000 pilgrims, giving visitors space to gather, pray and reflect in an atmosphere of tranquillity and spiritual connection.

Movement throughout the destination has been designed for comfort and safety. Integrated transportation links including major road access, public transit, and shaded pedestrian pathways; ensure smooth and effortless access to and from AlMasjid AlHaram. These features cater to families, elderly pilgrims, and large groups traveling from across the Muslim world.
Visitors will have access to a wide range of premium and luxury residences, complemented by four and five-star hotels catering to family travel, group tours and extended stays. Retail and dining offerings span nearly 200,000 square metres, providing essential services, F&B, and a broad selection of shopping experiences.
