Timothée Chalamet and comedian Druski share an unexpected musical moment in a new clip from Druski’s Coulda Been Records Audition YouTube series, offering viewers a light-hearted gospel performance.

In the footage, Chalamet and Druski harmonise to gospel singer Kirk Franklin’s “Something About the Name Jesus,” featuring The Rance Allen Group. The moment begins with Chalamet softly singing the opening line, “something about the name Jesus,” before Druski reacts with, “What you know about that, boy?” The two then continue singing together, drawing laughter and applause.

The episode featuring Chalamet premiered on Wednesday. Druski’s Coulda Been Records Audition series is a satirical take on traditional talent competitions, built around his fictional music label. The show features aspiring performers auditioning in front of Druski and a guest judge, blending comedy with music. Previous guest appearances have included Jack Harlow, T-Pain and Lil Yachty.

In the clip, Chalamet is seen wearing a brown windbreaker decorated with orange stars and the title of his upcoming film, Marty Supreme. The actor has been actively promoting the film, which is scheduled for release on Christmas Day.

Earlier this month, he attended the Los Angeles premiere alongside his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, with the pair wearing coordinated bright orange outfits.
