Priscilla Presley’s lawyer responds to claim Riley Keough donated eggs to John Travolta
A lawsuit against her grandmother Presley, claimed Keough donated her eggs to Kelly Preston and Travolta

Priscilla Presley’s lawyer has strongly rejected claims that Riley Keough donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, calling the allegations baseless and unrelated to the ongoing legal dispute involving Presley and her former associates.
The response follows a court filing made on Tuesday, December 16, by Brigitte Kruse, a former associate of Presley.
In the filing, Kruse alleged that Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her that Travolta and Preston had sought to use eggs connected to the Presley family in order to conceive a child. Kruse claimed Lockwood said the couple initially approached Lisa Marie Presley in 2010 before an arrangement was made for Keough, now 36, to provide her eggs, resulting in the birth of Ben Travolta that same year.
The filing further alleged that Keough was paid between $10,000 and $20,000, along with a Jaguar, in exchange. The amended complaint was first reported by the National Enquirer.
In a statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 17, Priscilla Presley’s lawyer Marty Singer criticised the claims, saying, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross.”
Singer added that the allegations “have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case” and described the conduct of Kruse and her associates as “shameful,” stating it would be addressed in court.
The dispute between Presley and Kruse has been ongoing for more than a year and centres on financial disagreements and allegations of misconduct.
Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, representing Kruse and Kevin Fialko, said his clients were “heartbroken” by the situation and maintained that their amended complaint was intended to “reveal the truth” and allow the courts to assess the evidence.
