Billy Crystal and Larry David seen visiting Rob Reiner’s home after his death
The longtime collaborators were spotted at the Brentwood residence as tributes and condolences began to pour in

Billy Crystal and Larry David were seen arriving at the Los Angeles home of Rob Reiner on Sunday night, shortly after news broke of the filmmaker’s death, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The longtime friends and collaborators were spotted separately at the Brentwood residence as authorities continued their investigation.
A source told PEOPLE that Crystal, 77, and David, 78, both came to the home in the hours following the reports. A neighbor later told ABC7 Los Angeles that Crystal appeared visibly emotional, saying he “looked like he was about to cry.”
Crystal shared a decades-long professional and personal relationship with Reiner, collaborating on several iconic films including When Harry Met Sally…, This Is Spinal Tap, and The Princess Bride. Reiner also made a memorable appearance on David’s HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm, highlighting their longtime friendship.
Earlier that day, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call for medical assistance at the Brentwood home at approximately 3:30pm, where first responders discovered a man and a woman deceased.
Sources identified the victims as Rob Reiner, 78, and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, 68, who were reportedly found by their daughter, Romy.
Reiner was a celebrated director, producer, and actor whose career included classics such as Stand by Me, Misery, and A Few Good Men.
Authorities have not released further details, and the investigation into the deaths remains ongoing.
