A reported GTA 6 leak has suggested that Rockstar Games may be expanding non-playable character systems beyond those seen in Red Dead Redemption 2, with a focus on deeper interaction and environmental responsiveness.

The information originates from a Reddit user who claims to have a contact “close to SAG-AFTRA”. According to the post, a recent recording session involved more than 300 voice actors and produced approximately 35,000 lines of NPC dialogue.

The content is said to centre on reactions, environmental interactions, and random encounters throughout the game world.

The user claims the dialogue includes NPC responses when players enter and exit buildings, as well as daily routine conversations tied to morning and evening cycles. These features suggest a more dynamic system where characters react to player presence and activity in real time.

Another element mentioned is a “social media response”, with NPCs allegedly reacting positively or negatively to events. This could indicate that in-game actions may influence a fictional social media ecosystem, particularly within Leonida, the game’s version of Florida.

Additional details from the post suggest Rockstar recorded ambient audio in real-world locations, including parks in Florida and Georgia, as well as resorts and casinos. These recordings are said to support more realistic background noise and crowd interactions.

However, the claims remain unverified. Rockstar Games has not commented on the report, and the studio is known for maintaining strict secrecy around its projects.

Reports have further indicated that Rockstar may be circulating false information to identify leaks, adding further uncertainty to claims surrounding GTA 6.

The game is currently scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, though official details on gameplay systems remain limited.
