Music mogul Simon Cowell opens up about cosmetic procedures
Television producer says he's now focused on health over fillers

Television producer and talent show judge Simon Cowell has spoken openly about his history with cosmetic procedures and revealed that he no longer relies on fillers or Botox, instead turning his attention to natural wellness and fitness as he gets older.
Cowell acknowledged that earlier in his life he experimented with cosmetic treatments such as Botox and facial fillers, which he has described as taking his appearance “too far” at one point. Reflecting on old photos, he admitted that he didn’t always recognize himself and ultimately chose to have facial filler dissolved after realizing it wasn’t giving him the look he wanted.
Today, the entertainment veteran says he prioritises healthier lifestyle habits, including clean eating, regular exercise and staying hydrated, as part of his anti‑aging strategy. He credits these lifestyle changes with helping him feel and look better without the need for cosmetic injections.
In addition to traditional cosmetic treatments, Cowell has also explored alternative wellness techniques, including a controversial blood‑filtering treatment that he says made him feel rejuvenated.
While unconventional, he has described these experiences as part of his broader effort to take control of his health and aging process.
The shift in Cowell’s approach was influenced by major life events, including a serious injury from an e‑bike accident that required extensive recovery.
That experience, he has shared, served as a wake‑up call about the importance of physical well‑being and has motivated him to focus on internal health rather than external fixes.
Now in his mid‑60s, Cowell continues to appear on television and remain active in entertainment while promoting a balanced approach to aging that emphasizes wellness over cosmetic intervention.
