US President Donald Trump‘s administration used the Sabrina Carpenter's hit song “Juno” in a TikTok video endorsing the deportations conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.

In her song, Carpenter cheekily asks “have you ever tried this one?” referring to intimate positions. On her Short n’ Sweet Tour, the singer would crack a different surprise pose at every show when the lyric came on.

The video posted by the White House, features clips from ICE protests including several arrests, with the aim of mocking each person’s physical position as they’re being arrested by ICE officers.

Have you ever tried this one? Bye-bye 🥰

While ICE reportedly holds over 65,000 people in detention facilities throughout the US, nearly half of detainees have no criminal record, acording to CBS News,.

Carpenter has yet to comment on the incident, however the current administration is notorious for using popular songs for such purposes. Recently, Olivia Rodrigo criticised the Department of Homeland Security for using her music on their social media, followed by a prompt removal of the audio from the content.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift whose music has also been used by theWhite House, caught fire for not following in Rodrigo's footsteps and allowing her music to be used for their message.
