Ms. Rachel, the social media star known for creating content for toddlers, has been named a top ten finalist for StopAntisemitism’s “Antisemite of the Year” award.

The nomination comes after her public advocacy for Palestinian children affected by the Gaza conflict, which has drawn criticism from the organization.

StopAntisemitism accused Ms. Rachel of sharing posts they claim contain “debunked” images and inflated casualty figures, and criticized her for appearing with Motaz Azaiza, whom they describe as a terrorist sympathizer. The group previously singled her out as “Antisemite of the Week” in April.

Ms. Rachel has strongly rejected these claims, emphasizing her lifelong commitment to children’s education and well-being.

She told the New York Times that she is dedicated to supporting the learning and safety of children and denounces any mischaracterization of her advocacy.

Her nomination has drawn support from public figures including Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), who tweeted: “Ms. Rachel is a preschool teacher who speaks up for starving children in Gaza. That is not antisemitism. I hope thousands will join me in standing up for her.”

The award itself has sparked debate due to its highly provocative nature. Other nominees include media personalities and public figures such as Tucker Carlson, Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian, and Cynthia Nixon.

Ms. Rachel’s supporters argue that her work should be viewed through the lens of child advocacy rather than political controversy, positioning her efforts as humanitarian rather than antisemitic.
