Bobbi Althoff addresses online criticism after posting video with her boyfriend

Bobbi Althoff has responded to a wave of negative online remarks after sharing a video featuring her boyfriend, whom she has been with for a year.

The podcast host posted a clip in which the pair attempted to recreate a Dancing With The Stars routine, a moment that was later shared by outlets including Daily Loud.

Althoff has faced persistent scrutiny since rising to prominence through her distinctive interview style with leading rap artists. Online commentators have repeatedly circulated claims suggesting she had relationships with some of her guests, including Drake.

She has denied these allegations, but they continue to appear on social media and have been linked by commenters to her divorce from her former husband, Cory, who filed in early 2024.

In her latest video response, shared after receiving criticism for the light-hearted post with her partner, Althoff said: “All the comments are like ‘ran through, oh look another one, or he probably doesn’t know how ran through she is’... just mean mean things. I post anything in general, the amount of hate comments I get are just unreal,” according to DJ Akademiks.

She added that the intensity of negative feedback has led her to avoid posting frequently, saying: “I stopped posting so much because the comments are so mean.”

She noted that she was not seeking sympathy but hoped viewers would consider the impact of their behaviour. Althoff also defended her role as a parent, stating: “I am such a good mother. Anyone who knows me knows how good a mother I am. One day my kids are going to be old enough to read these comments,” a point she made while fighting tears.

Althoff shares two daughters with Cory, whom she married at 21. She said she remains grateful for their relationship but wants the freedom to date now that she is older.
