Millie Bobby Brown goes full 'mama bear' mode as paparazzi swarm amid outing with daughter
The 'Stranger Things' star protected her infant daughter while fending off photographers amid Soho outing

Millie Bobby Brown was recently seen arriving at The Ivy Soho Brasserie in London ahead of the UK screening of Stranger Things 5, prompting online debate over her husband Jake Bongiovi’s behaviour during a tense encounter with paparazzi.
In a widely shared clip, Brown stepped out of a black van wearing a black leather trench coat and holding her baby closely, the child’s face covered with a cloth. Behind her were co-star Noah Schnapp, Bongiovi, and a bodyguard.
As she moved towards the restaurant entrance, photographers pressed in sharply. Brown reacted firmly, reportedly saying "I'm holding my baby, do not play with me right now" while urging them to back away. The group then made a quick move indoors.

However, internet users focused less on the confrontation and more on Bongiovi, accusing him of trailing behind instead of actively shielding Brown and their baby. Some also noted that the baby’s bag was carried by Schnapp rather than the father, fuelling further scrutiny of Bongiovi’s role in the moment.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2024, announced the arrival of their daughter through adoption in August.
Fans now turn their eyes back to the upcoming release of Stranger Things Season 5, expected to draw major global attention as the hit series approaches its conclusion.
