Social media erupted with criticism of her perceived silence, and fans noted that her high-profile work on Euphoria now appears to be the only major credit keeping her career afloat. Online discussions have been heated, with some users declaring that Sweeney’s political choices and the controversial American Eagle campaign have irreversibly damaged her prospects.
