Kim Kardashian is setting aside her trust in fortune tellers after learning she did not pass the California bar exam this month. The reality star and aspiring lawyer expressed frustration toward the psychics she and her family have relied on for years, calling them “pathological liars” for predicting she would succeed.

In a TikTok video shared on November 10, Kardashian spoke candidly during a phone call while getting ready for her mother Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday celebration. “I’m just letting you guys know that all of the f--king psychics that we have met with and that we’re obsessed with are all f--king full of s--t,” the 45-year-old said. “They all collectively—maybe four of them—told me I was going to pass the bar. So they’re all full pathological liars.”

Despite the disappointing result, Kardashian didn’t let the setback dampen her mood during Kris Jenner’s milestone party, held November 8 at the Los Angeles home of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos. The James Bond–themed event drew an A-list guest list, including Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, Mariah Carey, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry.

Kardashian channeled Halle Berry’s Die Another Day look in a purple rhinestone skirt set and high heels. “The night is still going,” she told followers in her TikTok video, noting that Bruno Mars and Stevie Wonder performed. “I’m just so happy my mom is so happy ‘cause she deserves it.”

Jenner expressed her gratitude in an Instagram post the following day, writing, “I feel so blessed to have my precious family and all my beautiful friends come together for one night to celebrate and make these amazing memories together.” She later added, “One of the very best nights of my entire life.”

Kardashian, who has been studying law since 2019, previously passed the “baby bar” exam on her fourth attempt in 2021. Her ongoing efforts to become a lawyer have been documented on her Hulu series The Kardashians.
