Blake Lively is claiming more than $161 million in damages linked to an alleged “retaliation campaign” during the 2024 release of It Ends With Us, directed by Justin Baldoni.

The figure was disclosed in court documents obtained by Rolling Stone and made public amid Lively’s ongoing sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Baldoni, producer Jamey Heath, Wayfarer Studios executive Steve Sarowitz, and their publicists.

Lively’s legal team stated that the alleged campaign caused $56.2 million in lost income from acting, producing, and public appearances, with $18.3 million tied to lost wages between August 2024 and the anticipated 2026 trial.

Her beauty brand, Blake Brown, reportedly lost $49 million in profits, while her beverage company, Betty B Holdings, suffered $22 million in estimated losses. A further $34 million was attributed to reputational harm linked to “65,000,000 impressions of the defamatory statements.”

Documents released in July and September revealed that Lively intends to pursue punitive damages of at least three times her actual damages.

She also listed several potential witnesses, including Taylor Swift, Ryan Reynolds, Emily Blunt, and Hugh Jackman, who may provide information about the alleged misconduct and its aftermath.

Baldoni, who previously filed a $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds, had his case dismissed earlier this year after choosing not to amend his complaint. Representatives for both parties have yet to comment on the latest filings.

Lively’s claims, first reported by Variety and Deadline, will be evaluated through expert testimony when the trial begins in March 2026.
