Imran's X account plea hearing on November 4

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing a petition seeking the suspension of PTI founder Imran Khan's account on social media platform X for Nov 4, according to the cause list issued by the court's registrar office.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will preside over the proceedings.

The court had earlier issued notices to Imran, the NCCIA, the superintendent of the prison, and other respondents, directing them to submit their replies in the case.

The petitioner has requested the court to order the removal and blocking of what he termed "illegal and malicious" posts from the PTI founder's X account.
