‘Fitna al-Hindustan’ is a term used by the state to refer to all terrorist groups operating in Balochistan — a designation meant to reflect the “true nature and ideology” of these India-sponsored elements and their “nefarious designs.”
Security sources said the success of the Dalbandin operation was achieved through close coordination between security forces and intelligence agencies. They added that operations will continue in Balochistan until the complete eradication of terrorism.
Authorities affirmed that security operations will persist in Balochistan until the complete eradication of terrorism.
Balochistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have faced a sustained wave of terrorist attacks, prompting ongoing security operations against elements described by the state as Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khawarij — the latter being a term used for terrorists affiliated with the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
Last week, Afghan Taliban fighters, in coordination with terrorists linked to Fitna al-Khawarij, launched cross-border attacks near Chaman, prompting a strong military response in which at least 20 terrorists were killed and several others forced to retreat.

On September 27, security forces killed 17 terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij in an operation in Lakki Marwat district, while another four terrorists linked to Fitna al-Hindustan were eliminated during an intelligence-based operation in Mastung on September 12.
Security officials reiterated that the ongoing counterterrorism operations in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will continue “with full force” until peace and stability are completely restored.
