Alaina Marie Scott, the eldest daughter of rapper Eminem, has revealed that she and her husband Matt Moeller are expecting a baby girl. The announcement came just days after Scott first shared news of her pregnancy on October 12.

In a video posted to Instagram on Thursday, Scott and Moeller stood beside a sign reading “Oh Baby” as they set off confetti poppers. The clip began in black and white but switched to color when pink confetti filled the air, revealing the couple is having a girl. The background featured pink and blue flowers.

You’re everything I’ve ever dreamed of, sweet child of mine,” Scott wrote in the caption, expressing excitement about watching her husband become a “girl dad.” She added that seeing him with their daughter “is going to be the greatest love story yet.”

Earlier in the week, Scott announced her pregnancy through a series of Instagram photos showing the couple holding a onesie labeled “Baby Moeller – Coming 2026.” In another image, she surprised Moeller with the news inside their new home, presenting him with a positive pregnancy test and gold balloons spelling “Baby M.”

Scott reflected on the journey in her caption, writing that carrying “a tiny heartbeat inside me” has changed her life in every way and thanking God for the blessing.

Her sister Hailie Jade Scott celebrated the news, commenting, “So happy for you guys — can’t wait to be this little one’s auntie.”

Eminem, born Marshall Mathers, legally adopted Alaina, who was born to Kim Scott’s late sister, Dawn. The rapper also shares daughters Hailie, 29, and Stevie, 23. Earlier this year, Hailie welcomed her first child, making Eminem a grandfather for the first time.
