IHC delists Imran, Bushra appeals hearing

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday canceled the cause list for cases scheduled for Thursday, including the hearing on petitions seeking suspension of sentences awarded to PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, in the £190 million case.

According to court sources, the division bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan was to hear the pleas.

However, the hearing could not be held due to the unavailability of the bench, prompting the registrar office to remove the cases from the cause list.
