Louis Tomlinson is starting a new era in his solo career. The singer confirmed he has a third studio album on the way and released a brand-new single to mark the occasion.
The upcoming project, titled How Did I Get Here?, is due out January 23, 2026. To lead into it, Tomlinson unveiled Lemonade, a track he has been teasing in recent weeks.
Work on the album began in the English countryside before Tomlinson traveled to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, where he collaborated with co-producer Nico Rebscher (Alice Merton, Aurora).
Calling it “the record I always deserved to make,” Tomlinson said the songs reflect both his honesty and his growth as an artist.
Before the album’s release, Tomlinson will headline his Away From Home Festival on October 4–5 at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, New York, alongside Lauv, Steve Aoki, Plain White T’s, and more.
How Did I Get Here? follows his 2020 debut Walls and his 2022 release Faith in the Future, continuing Tomlinson’s evolution as a solo artist beyond his One Direction beginnings.
