Man gunned down in targeted attack

A man was shot dead by unidentified armed assailants near Nursery, Sharae Faisal. The suspects fled the scene after the incident. Police have termed the case as stemming from personal enmity.

Officials reported that two unknown suspects, in a targeted attack, fired a single bullet to the victim's head, killing him on the spot and fleeing the scene. A 30-bore pistol shell was recovered from the scene. Meanwhile, the deceased was identified as 41-year-old Muhammad Zada, reportedly working as a labourer. According to the deceased's family, Zada had a dispute with his maternal cousin. Some time ago, the cousin allegedly called and threatened that he had paid someone to have Zada killed.
