Yolanda Hadid has placed her Pennsylvania estate, known as the Hadid Family Farm, on the market for $10.9 million.
The model and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star purchased the 30-acre lavender farm and equestrian property in Bucks County in 2017.
She redesigned the interiors of the historic 1810 stone farmhouse while preserving its original character, turning it into what she described as a “safe haven” for her family.
In a statement shared with People, Hadid reflected on the time spent there with her children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid, recalling: “Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers.”
The main house includes three bedrooms, five bathrooms and multiple fireplaces, alongside various living and dining spaces.
The grounds also feature a stone bank barn dating back to 1776, converted into an 8,000-square-foot entertainment area, gym and equestrian facility.
Three additional residences are included on the property: the Carriage House, Corn Crib Cottage and Lavender Cottage, each with a full kitchen.
Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, fire pit, and a restored spring house now used as a wine and lavender oil cellar. The land also contains vegetable gardens, 3,000 lavender plants, and a meditation labyrinth.
The estate comes to market as Hadid’s daughter Bella continues treatment for chronic neurological Lyme disease, with both mother and daughter sharing health updates on social media.
