Dua Lipa has reportedly ended her working relationship with longtime manager David Levy after discovering his involvement in efforts to remove Irish rap group Kneecap from Glastonbury Festival.
According to reports, Levy’s name appeared at the end of a letter sent to festival founder Michael Eavis calling for Kneecap to be dropped from the lineup over alleged political links.
The letter, described as “private and confidential,” was later leaked. Once Lipa became aware of Levy’s role, sources say she acted to ensure he no longer managed her career.
Lipa has been outspoken in her support for Palestine, previously describing the situation in Gaza as Israeli genocide on her Instagram platform, which reaches more than 80 million followers.
She has also attended rallies highlighting what she sees as UK complicity in the conflict.
The Glastonbury row continued as Kneecap performed despite the letter. Complaints made to police were investigated and later dropped due to lack of evidence.
The group described the controversy as “political policing intimidation,” while member Mo Chara still faces a separate case over allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag at a prior event.
Lipa remains represented by WME but has appointed a new agent more closely aligned with her public stance.
Meanwhile, her Radical Optimism world tour continues, with recent performances at Madison Square Garden and upcoming shows scheduled across North and South America through the end of 2025.
