Genshin Impact has unveiled a new collaboration with Cold Stone Creamery, offering fans exclusive ice cream flavours and limited-edition merchandise. The partnership will run from September 19 to October 19 2025, but is currently only available in Indonesia.
The collaboration introduces two new flavours — Strawberry Cheesecake and Blueberry Yoghurt — which will be available as part of special promotional sets. Fans who purchase these sets at Cold Stone outlets will receive “exclusive freebies” featuring Genshin Impact characters Charlotte and Clorinde.
The merchandise lineup includes reusable cups, sleeves, bags, stickers, photo cards, and scratch cards. Some items will be distributed at random, depending on stock availability in each store.
The promotion is structured in three tiers. The most affordable option, called the Chill Set, is priced at the equivalent of around £4 and includes two servings of the collaboration flavours along with additional items such as stickers, a themed cup and sleeve, and scratch cards. Higher tiers require a greater spend but reward fans with more merchandise, including the complete collaboration lineup.
This collaboration follows Genshin Impact’s previous partnerships with other food and beverage brands. Recent tie-ins included campaigns with KFC and Pizza Hut, offering collectible figures and redeemable codes linked to menu purchases.
While many fans outside Indonesia are hopeful the Cold Stone collaboration will expand internationally, HoYoverse has yet to confirm any wider release plans.
Alongside the Cold Stone promotion, Genshin Impact is currently running a separate collaboration with Among Us, allowing players to unlock a free Paimon-themed cosmetic in the popular social deduction game.
For now, Indonesian fans will be the only ones able to enjoy the limited ice cream flavours and merchandise, leaving international players waiting to see whether the promotion will extend to other regions.
