Ariana Grande is returning to touring after seven years, but Toronto fans are upset the city is missing from her schedule.
The Grammy Award-winning singer and Oscar-nominated Wicked actress announced her Eternal Sunshine tour on Thursday, following a teaser shared on social media. Named after her seventh studio album, the tour will be her first since wrapping up her Sweetener and Thank U, Next runs in 2019.
So far, the tour includes nine North American cities along with a five-night residency in London. Montreal is the only Canadian stop, with shows on July 28 and July 30, 2026, at the Bell Centre. Toronto, where Grande last performed on June 26, 2019, at Scotiabank Arena, is not on the list.
The omission sparked frustration from local fans. “ARIANA IS NOT COMING TO TORONTO I AM FUMINGGGGGG,” one user wrote on X. Another added, “Ariana going to Montreal and not Toronto girl wtf are we serious.”
Grande will launch the tour on June 6, 2026, in Oakland, California, before visiting cities including Los Angeles, Austin, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and Montreal. The announcement comes more than two years after Eternal Sunshine’s release, during which she has focused heavily on acting. She is currently filming Focker In-Law, the fourth Meet the Parents film, and will soon begin promoting Wicked: For Good, where she stars as Glinda alongside Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba.
North American presale starts September 9, with general ticket sales opening September 10. For Toronto fans, the closest chance to see Grande live remains a trip to Montreal.
