Netflix is closing out summer with exciting news for parents of preschoolers: new seasons of several beloved kids' shows are just around the corner. The streaming giant has announced release dates for its upcoming pre-K lineup, packed with familiar favorites and fresh titles for little ones.
Here’s the upcoming schedule:
-
Ms. Rachel Season 2 – September 1
-
Dr. Seuss’s Red Fish, Blue Fish – September 8
-
Blippi’s Job Show Season 2 – September 22
-
Dr. Seuss’s Horton! – October 6
-
Thomas & Friends: Sodor Sings Together – October 16
-
Dr. Seuss’s The Sneetches – November 3
-
Sesame Street Season 55 – November 10
-
Gabby’s Dollhouse Season 12 – November 17
-

-

The new season of Sesame Street will launch with four episodes on November 10. As previously announced, Netflix will release Sesame Street episodes on the same day they air on PBS and PBS Kids platforms in the U.S.
Netflix is also expanding into preschool gaming. This fall, six new mobile games will join the lineup, including three original titles tied to the Dr. Seuss universe (Horton!, The Sneetches, and Red Fish, Blue Fish), as well as three licensed games: PAW Patrol Academy, Toca Boca Hair Salon 4, and Lego Duplo Netflix (an exclusive version for subscribers). These games are ad-free, with no in-app purchases, and included with all Netflix memberships.
This growing roster of shows, games, a family podcast (Bedtime Stories with Netflix Jr.), and the Netflix Family Magazine reflects the company’s ambition to lead in preschool entertainment.
“We want to offer the best preschool content from around the world,” said John Derderian, Netflix’s VP of animation and kids programming. “From original hits like Gabby’s Dollhouse and Ms. Rachel, to global favorites, our goal is to deliver high-quality, diverse, and engaging content for young children everywhere.”
