Travis Kelce's father Ed credits Taylor Swift as the main source of his son's happiness.

Speaking at the premiere of The Kingdom in Kansas City on Sunday, Ed said simply, "Taylor. There's no question about it." Ed praised the couple's bond, adding, "They're two people obviously very much in love."

He also called a recent joint appearance by Swift and Travis on the New Heights podcast "so good" and "awesome," noting how much he enjoyed watching them interact.

Travis and Taylor began dating in 2023 after the Kansas City Chiefs star invited the singer to one of his games following her Eras Tour stop at Arrowhead Stadium. Their romance was confirmed in October that year when they were photographed hand in hand after a Saturday Night Live afterparty.

The pair went Instagram official in June 2024 and later made their red carpet debut at Tight End University in Nashville. The Kingdom, a multi-part ESPN+ series covering the Chiefs' 2024 season, also features Travis, who Ed believes is in the "best shape he's been in a long time."

The Grammy-winning pop superstar and NFL player, have generated headlines and fan fervour with their high-profile romance. Earlier this month, Taylor appeared in Kelce's podcast and spoke candidly about her romance.

"This podcast got me a boyfriend, ever since Travis decided to use it as his personal dating app about two years ago," said Taylor, peeled back the curtain on their relationship on "New Heights" podcast, which dropped on August 13.

The sentimental collaboration comes after Travis gushed about his "Love Story" with Taylor in a September cover story for GQ magazine, in which he affectionately compared her to his mother, Donna Kelce, and described the emotional dynamics of their celebrity relationship.
