Love Island USA season 7 winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales are facing breakup speculation after fans noticed that the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The move comes just hours before the highly anticipated reunion special airs on Peacock.
Neither Amaya nor Bryan has publicly addressed the rumors. Both still have photos of each other on their profiles, but Amaya’s recent TikTok activity has fueled speculation. In the past 48 hours, she reposted content about disappointment, heartbreak, and moving on — including one clip from Scandal that read, “When I finally pick myself back up and never let my walls down like that again.”
The pair captured viewers’ hearts during the season 7 finale in July, when Amaya called Bryan her “personal Prince Charming,” and Bryan described her as the “peace to his madness.” Following their $100,000 win, the couple said they were taking their relationship “step by step” outside the villa, even making a joint appearance at a Boston Red Sox game earlier this month.
However, rumors of infidelity have persisted, with Bryan’s father previously denying claims of cheating and insisting the couple remained together. In the reunion trailer, co-host Andy Cohen confronts Bryan directly, with Bryan admitting to a “lapse in judgment.”
As fans wait for the reunion episode to air on August 25, the social media unfollow has only intensified speculation about the couple’s future. Love Island USA season 7 is available to stream in full on Peacock.
