Woman held for slitting son's throat

A woman allegedly attempted to kill her 8-year-old son by slitting his throat in the jurisdiction of Pindigheb Police Station, police said on Friday.

According to initial reports, the suspect, identified as Misbah Bibi, attacked her son, Muawiya Ali, with a sharp knife and later abandoned him at a street corner before fleeing the scene.
