Denise Richards is returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills just as her ongoing divorce from Aaron Phypers intensifies. According to TMZ, Richards was spotted filming scenes for the Bravo reality series on Saturday night at Madre in Los Angeles, where she dined with fellow cast members Sutton Stracke and Erika Jayne. Cameras reportedly captured Richards’ dramatic arrival and emotional conversations centered around her separation from Phypers.

Richards' return to RHOBH comes shortly after confirmation that her separate docuseries Denise & Her Wild Things will not continue for a second season. However, insiders told TMZ the show was intended to be a one-season limited run, and there were always discussions about her rejoining RHOBH to address the personal challenges she’s currently facing.

It's not yet confirmed whether Richards will return as a full-time cast member or in a supporting “friend of” role, but sources suggest she is eager to reestablish her presence on the show. Her reappearance also provides an on-camera platform to discuss her tumultuous split from Phypers.

The couple's marriage officially unraveled in July when Phypers filed for divorce after six years, citing irreconcilable differences and accusing Richards of infidelity. He claims to have obtained incriminating text messages from her laptop as evidence.

In the weeks that followed, the situation escalated further. Richards was granted a temporary restraining order, alleging physical and verbal abuse. Phypers responded by filing a police report related to a July 4th altercation, accusing Richards of assault, vandalism, and theft.

While Bravo has yet to confirm Richards' official role in the upcoming season, her return is already stirring attention, promising a dramatic storyline as her personal life takes center stage once again.
