Pre-arrest bail granted to former FESCO chairman

Former FESCO Board chairman Malik Tehseen Awan has been granted pre-arrest bail by a court in seven cases related to online fraud and other crimes. The court restrained the FIA from arresting Tehseen Awan in the cases.

Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Iqbal Haral heard the bail petitions and granted interim bail to the applicant while issuing notices.

The court granted the pre-arrest bail until July 19. Arguments will be presented by both sides during the next hearing.
