Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit that includes allegations of sexual battery and emotional distress, following claims made by an anonymous plaintiff. The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, accuses the music mogul of masturbating into a shirt once worn by The Notorious B.I.G. and throwing it at the plaintiff during an alleged encounter in Los Angeles in 2020.

The plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, claims he was invited to a private listening session for an unreleased project involving The Notorious B.I.G. during which he was pressured into taking ketamine. According to the lawsuit, Diddy took him and others to a warehouse in Los Angeles where Biggie’s personal belongings were stored and allegedly provided drugs to the group.

At one point, John Doe says he was left alone in a room with Diddy, who was reportedly watching pornography on his phone. Doe alleges that Diddy made inappropriate demands and, before he could react, masturbated into one of Biggie’s shirts and threw it at him.

The lawsuit follows Diddy’s recent legal developments. Last week, the mogul was found not guilty of the more serious charges in his criminal trial, including sex trafficking and racketeering. However, the jury convicted him on two lesser charges of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution. Diddy still faces a potential maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars, though his legal team is working to have his sentencing hearing moved up.

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated that the artist is committed to entering a treatment program for domestic batterers, acknowledging personal flaws. Diddy's sentencing is scheduled for October 3rd.
