Over-charging? Ain't 'charges' increase exponentially with demand?

I lived in Malaysia since 1975. Dengue fever is common in this part of the world. I am not a medical person, but I have seen some friends with Dengue fever, They take about five Papaya leaves, boils in one litter of water, when it cools down. add four spoon of Haldi powder.Drink one cup full four times a day.

I do not have a scientific proof if this does not work in one day please see your doctor.
