Three abductees recovered in Lakki operation

In Lakki Marwat district, terrorists abducted three individuals, but thanks to a timely police operation, the hostages were safely rescued from their captivity.

During an exchange of fire, three terrorists were injured but managed to escape, while one police officer sustained minor injuries.

There are conflicting reports about the death of two terrorists at the scene.

According to details, in the Landiwa Gorobai area of Lakki district, terrorists abducted three local residents.

Upon receiving the information, the police swiftly launched a search operation to locate the terrorists. During the search, the terrorists encountered the police party and opened fire.

According to RPO Bannu Sajjad Khan, one police officer sustained minor injuries in the exchange of fire.

However, the police, along with the DSP present at the scene, bravely retaliated and pushed the terrorists back.

Three terrorists were injured in the clash, and their comrades took them toward the mountains while still wounded. There are reports suggesting that two terrorists may have been killed on the spot.
