The federal government has decided to raise the issue of India's involvement in the incidents of terrorism in different parts of Pakistan at international forums, including the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will prepare a coherent case based on evidence of India's involvement in terrorism and formally approach the relevant forums.
After the Prime Minister's approval, delegation-level meetings will be held and contacts made with officials at international platforms.
Federal government sources told The Express Tribune that after the Pahalgam incident, the Modi government had completely failed to prove any allegation against Pakistan and that the Indian media was spreading propaganda to cover up its government's failure in that regard.
The federal government has devised a strategy to give a strong diplomatic response to false accusations made by the Modi government. Under the strategy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will share evidences of Indian involvement in terrorist incidents in various areas of Pakistan with all international forums, including the UN Security Council.
International forums will be reminded that Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and that the country is itself a victim of terrorism.
They will also be told that India patronises extremists in Balochistan and provides them funding and other support and that the international community must take cognizance of it and stop the Modi government from harbouring terrorism in Pakistan.
