Eminem has officially entered grandpa mode — and 50 Cent is here for it. Over the weekend, 50 Cent took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate Eminem’s latest milestone after the rapper’s daughter, Hailie Jade, announced the birth of her son. Posting a sweet photo of the newborn, 50 wrote, “Congratulations This is the best WOW.”
Hailie Jade, 29, shared the news on Friday, revealing her baby boy’s full name — Elliot Marshall McClintock — and his birthday, March 14. Fans quickly noted that the middle name, Marshall, is a nod to Eminem’s real name, Marshall Bruce Mathers III. One fan commented, “When he’s 10 he’ll be saying ‘my Grandpa is Eminem’ .. coolest flex ever.”

Another chimed in with praise for 50 Cent, saying, “You’re gonna be an awesome gruncle!” — a mashup of grandpa and uncle, fitting for the rapper who has known Em for more than two decades.
Hailie Jade tied the knot with Evan McClintock in May 2024, a year after getting engaged. The wedding was a low-key affair attended by close friends and family — including, of course, 50 Cent.
The G-Unit mogul and Eminem have remained close collaborators since the early 2000s, working together on hits like “Patiently Waiting” and “Crack a Bottle.” Last year, 50 even hyped Em’s latest project, ‘The Death of Slim Shady,’ and expressed interest in finally making their long-rumored joint album a reality.
“That would be great,” Eminem said in a December interview with Shade 45. “We just gotta stop bullshitting and just do it. I would never say it’s not possible, what the f–k?!”
50 replied with enthusiasm, posting, “Looks like I’ll be back in the booth after all! Just gotta do this residency in Vegas first.”
With a new baby in the family and longtime friends cheering him on, it looks like Eminem’s next chapter is shaping up to be a heartwarming one.
