Kanye West has reignited controversy during a Twitch livestream with producer Digital Nas, previewing tracks from his upcoming album WW3 and launching verbal attacks against streamer Kai Cenat and rapper Drake. The stream, which drew thousands of live viewers, included unreleased music and unfiltered commentary from the rapper now known as Ye.
During the stream, West referred to Kai Cenat with an explicit insult, saying, “Fck that n**a corny,” despite previously praising the streamer for his Batman-themed setup. Just weeks earlier, West had tweeted, “I love where he taking this I’m proud of the direction,” calling Cenat’s Batcave-style streaming space a standout moment for internet culture.
The change in tone appears linked to an earlier incident where a planned stream between West and Cenat was cancelled. Cenat pulled out following a series of offensive posts made by West on X, where he praised Hitler, made inflammatory statements about race, and called for Diddy’s release from prison. “I seen the tweets, bro. I don’t know what’s going on,” Cenat told viewers in response.
In addition to the remarks about Cenat, West debuted a track titled “Heil Hitler,” taking direct aim at Drake. In the song, he raps, “N****s be actin like f**g*ts so much I think they might be Drake.” The track also includes references to his social media behaviour and a declaration: “All my n****s Nazis n***a Heil Hitler.”
Another track previewed on DJ Akademiks’ stream last week revealed more personal turmoil, with West stating that Bianca Censori left him after one of his controversial outbursts.
The livestream has drawn backlash and renewed scrutiny of West’s public behaviour as he prepares to release WW3, his first major project since 2022’s Donda 2.
