
The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court observed on Thursday that gone were the days when courts would run the government, warning that now the judges were not seat to run the affairs of the government, emphasising that entire state could not be blamed for one person's negligence.
A five-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan heard a case related to the rights of minorities. A minority community leader said that the main accused involved in the church burning incidents in Jaranwala had not been caught.
