Emily Osment has finalized her divorce from estranged husband Jack Anthony, completing the process in a remarkably short time.
On Monday, the Hannah Montana alum filed the settlement documents, having filed for divorce just a few days earlier on March 7, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who married in October, had a separation date listed as December 7, 2024, just under two months after their wedding.
In the legal filings, Osment and Anthony waived their rights to spousal support and have agreed to a confidential marriage settlement. Since the couple had no children, there were no issues regarding child support or custody. The exes also had a prenuptial agreement in place, which simplified the divorce proceedings.
Although the settlement is in place, a judge has yet to sign off on it to make it official. Emily, 33, and Jack Anthony, whose legal name is Jack Farina, are now parting ways amicably.
Following the settlement, Emily was seen with her older brother, actor Haley Joel Osment, on March 10, which also marked her 33rd birthday. As per TMZ, the two were spotted walking their dogs in Studio City, California, where Emily wore a casual outfit, including animal print compression shorts and a baseball cap. Haley, 36, wore a Dodgers T-shirt and cap during the outing.

The Osment siblings have maintained a close relationship over the years. Haley has been vocal about his pride in his sister’s career, stating in a previous interview that seeing her succeed in Hollywood brings him great joy.
