What did Megyn Kelly say about Joy Reid? Don Lemon slams commentator over 'racist' remarks following MSNBC firing

The feud between former network anchors Don Lemon and Megyn Kelly has escalated after Lemon unleashed a scathing response to Kelly’s comments about Joy Reid. On his YouTube show, the ex-CNN host didn’t hold back, calling Kelly a “troll” and “racist” before signing off with an explicit message: “Go f–k yourself!”

Kelly sparked controversy when she celebrated MSNBC’s cancellation of The ReidOut, calling Reid “the absolute worst person on television” and mocking her past remarks about “white women tears.” “Good riddance to the absolute worst person on television, and shame on NBC for letting it go on this long,” Kelly wrote on X.

Lemon fired back, reminding Kelly of her own firing from NBC. “No, the worst person on television was fired from NBC and the ‘Today’ show a few years ago, and that’s Megyn Kelly!” he declared.

He then read off headlines highlighting Kelly’s history of criticism toward women like Selena Gomez, Tiffany Cross, and Kaitlan Collins. “And she is supposed to be a big supporter of women?” Lemon questioned, before calling out Kelly’s past remarks about Santa Claus and blackface as “evidence” of her alleged racism.

Lemon also played a clip of Kelly calling CNN’s Kaitlan Collins “a cold-hearted b**h”* and slammed her for tearing down other women. “She doesn’t have to call the woman a B,” he said. To close out his fiery rant, Lemon quoted Kelly’s past words to Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, flipping them back on her: “Go f**k yourself!”
