Global K-pop group BTS is set to make a highly anticipated return to U.S. late-night television with back-to-back appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The seven-member group—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook—will appear for an in-studio interview and performance on March 25, followed by an additional performance airing on March 26. This marks their first full-group late-night appearance since July 2021, prior to completing their mandatory military service in South Korea.

The comeback coincides with the release of their fifth studio album, Arirang, scheduled to drop on March 20. As part of their promotional activities, BTS will also headline a global livestream event titled “BTS The Comeback Live | Arirang,” which will stream on Netflix on March 21. The performance will take place in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, and marks the group’s first live presentation of the new album.

Additionally, fans can expect a documentary titled BTS: The Return, premiering March 27 on Netflix. The project is described as an intimate look at the creation of their latest album and their journey back as a group.

While individual members have made solo appearances on late-night television in recent years, this upcoming feature signals a major milestone for BTS as a reunited group. Their last collective appearance on The Tonight Show included performances of chart-topping hits “Butter” and “Permission to Dance.”

The upcoming episodes will also feature guests including Ariana DeBose, Chris Pratt and Charlie Day.
