A newlywed bride was found dead in her bedroom at her home in Mahmoodabad on Thursday morning. Rukhsana's husband Hanif called the police helpline 15 and rescue services when he found her wife unresponsive in the morning.
Rukhsana, 32, and Hanif, 38, had tied the knot only two days ago, while the reception was held on Wednesday night. It was second marriage for both of them.
Mahmoodabad police station SHO Ijaz Pathan said that Rukhsana's brothers and her husband claim that she died of a heart attack. However, the cause of death will be determined in the postmortem report.
