
The Pakistan National Council of the Arts hosted a two-day theatre workshop on February 18 and 19 at Islamabad Model School for Boys (I-V).
National Puppet Theatre & Children Art Workshop under the initiative "Art for All" organised a theatre workshop, which was delivered by Programme Organiser Repertory Theatre Waqar Azeem.
Students were taught various modes of acting, basics of acting skills, acts in various situations, imagination and impact of drama on society.
Following the series of theatre workshops arranged at various schools and colleges, the PNCA plans to establish a Children's Drama Club for the production of stage plays. Students, faculty members and the school principal of school not only enthusiastically participated in the workshop but urged the PNCA to organise such activities for students on a monthly basis.
