SHANGLA:

The number of colliers who have lost their lives in the Balochistan attack has increased to seven as another critically injured man breathed his last at the hospital on Saturday.

The unfortunate collier has been identified as Mohtaram Ali who died at a Quetta hospital.

The miners had been travelling from Shahrgah to Quetta for Friday prayers when their vehicle had been attacked with a roadside Improvised Explosive Device (IED).

As a result, 11 colliers had been killed and six left critically injured.

Other slain workers from Shangla have been identified as Rehmat, resident of Shangla Gali Butt Karora, Daulatmand son of Qadarmand, resident of Leiloni Alpuri, Iqbal Hussain son of Muhammad Rashad, resident of Shorwa Ghat Leiloni, Hanifullah son of Shah Naseem Khan, resident of Kas Leiloni Alpuri, Rehmat Shahid son of Taj Muhammad, resident of Berkeley Leiloni Alpuri, Javed son of Bahram Gul, resident of Lal Khane Alpuri, and Mohtaram Ali son of Syed Muhammad Ali Shah, resident of Shangla.
